The Black Box of Airplanes

A drone for sale.

The drone is a single-engine, single-seat, single propeller aircraft with a single pilot, with no onboard electronics.

It is made of aluminum, titanium, titanium dioxide, titanium wire, and aluminum alloy.

The price tag?

The owner of the drone, named “Sebastian,” is a graduate of the Air Force Academy in Fort Worth, Texas.

He also holds a master’s degree in aeronautical engineering and a master of science in aviation from the University of California at Davis.

The drone’s main selling point?

It can fly for a fraction of the cost of a commercial plane.

“A drone for under $1 million would be a fantastic value for an airplane, especially when you consider that a typical commercial airplane has a range of about 100 miles,” Sebastian told TechCrunch.

He said the drone is capable of carrying a payload of 10 pounds or less, and the drone can fly at a maximum altitude of about 15,000 feet.

The BlackBox is currently available for pre-order for $2,999.

This drone is an important step toward the commercialization of aerial drones, said the FAA’s acting director of policy, Adam Dorn.

The FAA is currently developing regulations for commercial drone operations, but Dorn said the agency’s initial plan is for drone use to begin in 2021.
