Updated May 28, 2018 11:07:21A new app for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch will soon make its way to Apple’s mobile operating system.
The app will let users control an airplane using their voice, as well as take a photo of the sky and zoom in on objects on the ground.
Apple has been rumored to be working on a new app since last summer, but we didn’t see any details on when it would make it available.
A new version of iOS 9 will likely launch with the iPhone 6s, iPad mini, and Apple TV next month, but not the iPad Air 2.
The new app is a continuation of the Air mode on the iPhone 5s and the Airpod, which lets users take a picture of the world at large, but without the need for the camera.
The new Air app will also let users take photos from within apps, as seen in the image above.
Users can also take pictures of the ground using the iPhone’s “fly” function, which is currently only available on the Apple Watch.
Apple’s newest iOS 10 update will be coming to the iPad, iPhone and Apple Watch this week.
